Planning training in GC and sending to device

I currently use Training Center to create customized training sessions and send them to my 305. I'd like to use GC to not only review my past sessions, but to create and send to device the upcoming sessions. Can I do this and if so how?

You cannot currently use Garmin Connecy to plan workouts and send to your device.
