problems with the touchscreen zumo 550

I have problems with the touchscreen zumo 550
An example: When you press the A
activate the B
in all the tabs do the same
Is there any way to calibrate the screen;

To calibrate the screen of the Zumo 550, press and hold the power button for about a minute until the screen calibration appears.
