e come si aumentano i secondi prima che parta la chiamata di emergenza dopo che ha rilevato un incidente?

You have to use 3rd party services to join data. It is often not needed and will not affect any of the calculated values in Garmin Connect. Therefore it is often unnecessary work.

You can use this service to join data: https://www.fitfiletools.com/
Download both FIT files from Garmin Connect and delele them from Garmin Connect. Combine them. Then upload the new file.

You can't change the time before the assistance/emergency is triggered. I've turned that feature it off since it gave too many false positives.
