Can you get old history out of the watch into the Garmin Training center?

I recently reformatted my computer, losing all of my old runs. They are still in the watch (I can view them in the history) but when I last connected the watch (Garmin 405) to the computer it only uploaded the last run that I did. I'm guessing it didn't send the old runs because they were already sent once? Is there a way to send them again? I tried doing a 'forced send' but it still only shows that one run.
