Don't connect since 9 months

For a forerunner 30 watch, recently (6-9 months) I can no longer access my activities on my PC.

So, to try something, I deleted the watch in Garmin Connect (to reinstall it), but the software does not detect the watch at all.

So now I have a watch that... tells the time!

I need help

... BTW, make sure you have removed / forgotten the watch also from the list of Bluetooth devices in the OS settings of your phone !!! Without it, you won't be able to add it again through Garmin Connect…

Yes but in Forunner Forum (Garmin Forums) he has not the "Forunner 30"'section.

The Forerunner 30/35 forum was archived several years ago. Currently all threads are read only - Forerunner 30/35 - Sports & Fitness Archive - Garmin Forums

It seems you've already reset the watch, but just in case - Forerunner 30 - Restoring All Default Settings

Meanwhile I've moved your thread to the Garmin Connect Web forum

Yes i have already reset my watch. The problem arose when I had to change my motherboard and upgrade to Windows 11.

Have you confirmed that all USB ports are working correctly? Swap out the USB cable for a known working Garmin Charging/Data Cable? Test on another computer?

Yes, but you wrote that you removed the watch from Garmin Connect. And since it is not possible to add the watch back with GC Web, you have to use the phone app (or Garmin Express) to add it back again.

If Garmin Express does not detect your watch, then try it with another computer, or do it with the Garmin Connect phone app
