Hello as described above my .fit file wont upload, can anyone help ?2023-11-04-15-40-41.fit

    Try running it through FIT File Viewer—it works in the browser and can often fix corrupted files. I tested your file, and it imported successfully into Garmin Connect.

    Also, noted the date on this activity is from November 4, 2023.

    And the battery died during the activity.
