how to write oura sleep data to garmin connect

How to get sleep data from Oura or Apple Health across to Garmin Connect?

I've looked at all setting in each app but can't see anything that writes to Garmin Connect.

You can't.

Get a Garmin Index Sleep Monitor or keep your watch on your arm while sleeping.
