Bulk editing in Connect?

Can I bulk edit names or types of activities in Garmin Connect?

I want to change name from "Cycling" to "Bus tour" for about 25 "bikes'.

What about bulk editing "gear", i.e., the shoes I wore? I want to change shoes for running for about 30 runs from shoe A to Shoe B.

It is probably possible to do with a script, but for that few activities it will be faster and more safe (avoiding incorrect edits) to just do it manually. You will do those edits in just a few minutes.

The name is changed quickly from the activities list: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

Filter the activities you want to change and then edit directly in that page.

For the gear change you have to open each activity. Use the activities list to filter the ones you want to change. Ctrl click so each activity is opened in a new tab and then change the gear for each. Close each tab after the edit so you know which ones you've already edited.
