Hello guys! I just bought a colorado 300 and my problem is that quite often it switches off automatically. I replace the batteries and I updated the software but the problem is here... What can I do? Thank you
What is the device doing when it switches off?
Is it navigating to a location?
You may try a master reset by holding both the soft buttons as you turn the device on. You will receive a message asking if you really want to erase your data, select yes.
