heart rate zones on connect website are wrong

I've set my heart rate zones on the connect android app, & I've looked on the watch (265S) and they match.   On the connect website they are different.   How do I fix this?

  • Where do you see HR zones on the Connect website? Can you take a screenshot and post it here?

    For modern Garmin watches, including FR265S, HR Zone settings should no longer be available in the Garmin Connect website.

    Are you looking at the zones in the Time in Zones chart for an activity? Activity zones are based on whatever zones were set at the time the activity was recorded - future changes to your settings won't affect them.

    Is it possible that you're looking at zones for an older device on the Connect website? The zones won't necessarily be the same as the zones for your FR265S.

    For example, if I open the page for my old FR935 on the Connect website, it shows the Device Settings and User Settings tabs; the user settings tab has heart rate zones.

    But if I open the page for my FR955 on the Connect website, it just shows me a message that I have to use the connect app to manage my device settings.

  • No, I'm not trying to set the zones on the website, I set them on the android app or the watch.

    Yes, I'm looking  at the 'time in zones' on the website.   The zones are wrong,  they don't match what I've set on the watch or the app.

    I think I may have found the bug.   On the app, Zones -> Heart Rate ->   There's 'zones' where I've set my zone and it uses those zones.   There's also 'Sport Heart Rate', which has some different zones, but they don't seem to be used on the watch.   I'm going to delete the cycling hr zones and see what happens.
