Getting the accept cookies message multiple times a day

This has been happening now for about a month, after years of it being fine. I am now getting the banner with the "This site uses cookies and related technologies for site operation, analytics, and third party advertising purposes. You may choose to consent to our use of these technologies, reject non-essential technologies, or further manage your preferences." all the time, which I always accept.

It isn't even just on every visit I get the banner. I can leave a course open in a tab and when I come back a few hours later to look at it the cookie banner has reappeared without me even having to reload the page.

  • You could try clearing the cookies for garmin.com, or using a different browser. The last time it happened to me, I just blocked the annoying popups with the help of an adblocker.

  • Well that was unexpected :) I cleared all the cookies for garmin.com and now it seems to work - or at least it's not asking every time I reload the page any more.

I guess I must have had an old cookie left behind from before they changed thing around and it was confusing things.

  • I experienced the same problem and yes, clearing cookies helped Shrug tone1
