Garmin Etrex 30 not automatically changing time zone

Hello,

So I moved from France to Santiago of Chile, the Garmin does not change its time when connected here (with the Automatic timezone option on), it still shows the time in France, there is no country named Chile to choose from, I have only find Brasilia which accommodates the better but it still +1 hour from Chile.
