Hello, The release of garmin connect web doesn't work on last firefox version. No problem with google navigator. Could you help me ?
I see no particular problems on GC Web when using recent Firefox (v128.12.0esr). What exactly does not work for you?
This is already a known issue.
Please have a look at:

Unfortunately, Garmin refuses to fix this problem.
It's not a sophisticated feature in GC Web that disappoints many users, but the simple main menu.
I've never heard of a company refusing to sell their products because customers aren't using the latest browsers. Even Garmin's shopping homepage works well with almost all browsers, regardless of the version, but not GC Web.
Unfortunately, Garmin refuses to fix this problem.
Not sure where you heard that they refuse to fix it. I'd rather tell they may be unable to replicate the problem, just as I am too. My Firefox displays the menu just fine:

Have you read this and do you think they'll fix it? It's only an excerpt from my discussion with Garmin Support in which I fully described the problem and the used browsers, including a video.
I use Windows 8.1 and Firefox 115.23.0esr.
Excerpt from my question to Garmin support:
Until 2 months ago, Garmin Connect Web worked fine. Then it started that the menu disappears.
Users speculate that Garmin has discontinued support for older operating systems and browsers. However, I cannot find any official statement from Garmin confirming this. Therefore, no one knows if this is a problem or if it is intentional. It's good practice for a company to officially inform its customers about changes that affect the usability of the products it sells. I have the impression that not even the moderator of the forum is informed by Garmin whether this is a problem or intended.
The main question is whether the problem will be fixed by Garmin or whether users will have to fix it themselves by installing a new operating system or customizing the browser.
Unfortunately Garmin support told me:
Garmin Connect has been tested on Macintosh and Windows operating systems and supports the following web browsers:
* Chrome
* Microsoft Edge
* Safari (version 6 or higher)
* Firefox
Garmin only supports the current version of the listed browsers. Other operating systems, browsers and versions may work, but are not fully supported.
So, it's unlikely that Garmin will ever fix it.
I'm not the only one who has contacted Garmin support about this.
I don't think they even tried to replicate the problem, because they know this problem occurs with legacy browsers and they want get rid of legacy SW.
You're using Firefox 128.12.0esr which works fine with Windows 10. I am using Firefox 115.23.0esr and Windows 8.1 which will not let me upgrade to 128.12.0esr.
The thread forums.garmin.com/.../menu-disappears has been viewed 15,000+ times so far, so I'm sure many users are facing this issue.
My workaround: When hovering the mouse pointer in the menu bar, the bottom line of the browser shows the current URL. And with that, I was able to poorly navigate in GC Web.
