Anyone able to help me fix a .fit file?

I completed the IIRONMAN 70.3 Rockford, but it never loaded to Garmin Connect. I was able to find the .fit file on my watch. Can someone see if it is repairable?

I tried to fix it myself but the fixed file looks like all run data - even the swim and the bike. i must be missing something.....
