Multisport data not showing correctly in Connect web, works fine on Connect Mobile Android

Data recorded on my Forerunner 965 is not showing correctly on Garmin Connect web. If I view it on Connect Mobile on my Android phone, it appears as expected.

The issue is the charts. Regardless of selecting the multisport icon, or swim, bike or run icons inside a recorded triathlon, the charts only show data for the entire event, and the charts shown are extremely limited. In my case the only charts shows are elevation, heart rate, performance condition and temperature. The performance stats, however, are correct for the discipline selected.

For example, in running, on Connect web I get those 4 charts. On connect mobile, I see the 23+ data fields I record on my watch (between sensors and Connect IQ fields). This makes Connect Web useless for any sort of data analysis.

Same for me, also with Forerunner 965. Same display error now showing for previously recorded multisport activities which had been displaying correctly until recent days.

Same for me, Forerunner 955 solar. Was ok last week for a multisport but not today. And now looking back at past multisport events there are none of the usual data fields. You can only see the entire workout, no swim, bike or run data.

Garmin-Joey could we please get this one on a bug tracker list. This broken part of Garmin Connect is _super_ frustrating to multi-sport athletes!

Same for me. no new multisport data, but going back to look at past race, it's essentially just one big blob of data. The initial map show the proper color coding for the different sports, but when i click on a specific leg, it still just shows one big blob of data for the whole event. 1 lap at the total event time.

Garmin-Joey as Windscreen says, Connect web is currently unusable for multisport activities.

Hi all:

At this momement I just checked again, and all my mulitsport activities seem to be displaying correctly again. It looks like Garmin fixed it, but I'd like to hear others saying the same.
