That Office 365 account is already associated with another Garmin Connect account.

How to fix this error ?

Suddenly appeared. Long time O365/Garmin user but now no connectivity ....

Any ideas ?

Maybe you got multiple Garmin Connect accounts without knowing it. This happens a lot. If you are using a password manager then it is probably not that.
