Two databases in Aera 500?

I am planning a flight from Madrid (Spain) to Oshkosh (EEUU) and I have an Aera 500 in my aircraft.
The problem is that I have the Atlantic database loaded and this database ends in the middle of Greenland and this is about half way of my travel.
Is it possible to load the Jeppesen Atlantic and Americas aviation databases together?
Otheways, do I have to change the database in Greenland?
