The "calories remaining" sum for each month in the reports section is twice the sum of the calories remaining for each day that month. Weekly seems to be fine, there's just some error when they are added up to monthly totals somehow.
I checked it on my side - summing up values of all individual days in June, and the result matches the value for June as shown on the 6m and 1y graphs practically exactly. Did you do that too?
That's really weird. Yes, I summed up all the individual days (from the app or from the daily tab in reports as they are identical). They are wildly off from what's reported in the monthly tab. I'm on a mobile using the website (android), not sure if that makes a difference. I also remember the values for the last few months having been very different (by thousands, possible around half) to what they are now.
I retried with other months and got the same results. Making very sure to get my pluses and minuses right. It's the same. I'm no longer convinced it's exactly double though, as some are just unsystematically very off
