Unable to sync an activity (Corrupt Fit file) - Any possible recovery?

I completed a race this weekend, and now I can only view the event on my Garmin Fenix 6, but the FIT file is corrupted and I can't sync it to Garmin Connect. I've tried via bluetooth, and even extracted the FIT file to upload manually to now avail. I am at a loss. Any ideas here? Fit file attached in case that is useful.

Amazing, thank you so much! I couldn't find a tool that would work on my Mac. This did the trick.
