My forerunner suddenly won't respond. It is frozen with "Battery Life 93% 05:13" on the screen. It was on the charger, worked fine a few days ago, and when I went outside today it would not respond. It had initially said 100% and about 30 minutes later was in this frozen state. It is only a few months old, no issues til now, and no physical trauma to the device. Any ideas? I tried to email Garmin support but there seems to be no product category for the Forerunners so I'm not sure how long it will take to get a response. I've tried pushing all the buttons, putting it back on the charger, and leaving it sit. Nothing! :eek:
Press and hold the Start and Lap buttons simultaneously without touching the bezel. You may need to hold the two buttons for up to 10 seconds. That should shutdown the watch. See if that helps.
