Intensity minutes for pool swims not showing for Fenix 6 Sapphire anymore

I have a Garmin Fenix Sapphire 6. Up until very recently, my pool swims were showing up under weekly intensity minutes. This was still happening as recently as 2 June. I noticed this week that for 2 swims which I did since 6 June, they are no longer showing up and being counted towards weekly intensity minutes. Has there been any recent updates that removed this? I didn't change anything on the watch. I don't have a chest HRM and have always just logged these using the wrist HRM.

Could you post a link to the activity, and a screenshot of the heart rate page from Garmin Connect Web (not from the app!) for the concerned day?

Sure, both my last 2 swims didn't register the intensity minutes. Adding both. I've also made them public for now, if that helps.

I've added screenshots for the HR for 2 Jun (the last day where it registered a swim under intensity minutes), 6 Jun and 9 Jun. For 6 Jun, it seems like the HR data for the entire day is missing, even though I wore it during the swim and it recorded HR. For 9 Jun, the swim activity is on the HR graph, but the line is flat. I think I removed my watch for parts of the day on 2 and 9 Jun, which explains the other gaps.

The missing HR on the daily graph is the problem. Possibly lost either due to a sync failure, or because of a watch crash. You could browse the Device Sync Audits (if you use the Android version of the GC app), checking it for sync errors, and the err_log files in the folder //GARMIN/Debug/ on the watch for crashlogs from the critical time. It could help you finding the reason.

Thanks for getting back to me about this. This has started working again later this week. There are many sync logs on the Garmin Android app and I couldn't find any that go back to the period where the watch stopped syncing heart rate. I'm also struggling to access the files on the watch on a Mac. At least I know the cause. I was worried that Garmin removed this feature in a recent update.
