This one can be repaired using FIT File Viewer. Runs in the browser and is able to fix files in a lot of cases.
Tested your activity and was able to upload it.
Amazing, thank you Seilogramp. I had tried that but just thought the errors it presented were errors uploading it to FitFile, and that the link to download was a spam advert!
