Garmin coach schedule messed up

I have a Garmin Forerunner 945 and was messing around on the web tool, looking at my coach training program for the half marathon. I am currently training 4 times a week with coach Amy, but wanted to take a look at what would happen if I added a fifth day, I saw that it just added a workout, so I went back to 4 days. Now my schedule is messed up. I normally had a long run on sunday, a recovery run on tuesday and a one mile time trial on wednesday, but now sunday is the time trial and tuesday and wednesday are rest

Furthermore, if I look forward in my plan now, every single training session turned into a workout, no running at all, is there a way to revert to the old schedule? How do I fix this
