I am trying to understand why sometimes I dont get the intended training effect on workouts. I figured the other ones out, but Sprint is still a mystery to me.
Let me show you two sprints, one classified as sprint and one as base:
I checked the execution scores and everything is 100, both for rest and interval.
I was supposed to run at 3:20 min/km, which kind of did:
This is the heart rate for each interval:
and for the rest periods I got my heart rate down, and stayed below zone 3. (learn that if I dont I get a tempo instead)
So, can anyone see why I got a base on the first one and a sprint on the second one? Are there other parameters that I need to look at?
