Hi Garmin community (and Garmin employees):
I am looking for a way to create a training plan or set of workouts for myself. I do not have any subscriptions to other training platforms (like trainingpeaks). I have my watch, I have my computer with Garmin Connect, and I have my phone with Garmin connect app also loaded.
I have manually created workouts in Garmin connect previously and that worked fine (for a simple case). Now, however, I am facing the need to do a fairly diverse set of swim, bike, run, and strength activities, progressively building/changing over 16 weeks, that I would love to be able to create on my computer/spreadsheet/csv/garmin file format and then upload into my Garmin connect and to my Forerunner 960.
Any tips, hints, or hacks you can share?
