Where is the Heatmap for route/course creation?

Since a couple of weeks the heatmap for popular roads isn’t appearing anymore. Both in the IOS app and via web browser chrome). I’ve tried toggling it on and off several times already. Will it come back?

So I digged a little deeper, turns out the IOS app works alright. Probably I didn’t zoom in enough.
Concerning the web, probably it’s my (work) laptop blocking the location. It used to work on it, but now only on other (private) devices.
