Help fixing Garmin activity? Can't load fit file fixer.

Hi, I did 2 rides yesterday, The last ride saved and uploaded fine from my Edge 520, the first one is corrupt. Iv'e been having this problem with corrupt file's on and off randomly

I tried online fixes and downloaded the fit file fixer, but can't import the file without an error.

Can anyone who knows the program better than me give me a hand?

Unfortunately, the file is only 12 kb. A good indication that there is no valid data to recover. Fit File Repair Tool errors out with "12237 bytes of the file are corrupted and could not be repaired." So basically, not recoverable.

Unless you have other files on your device for that day, possibly in the \GARMN\Activity or TempFIT folders. Or using a 3rd-party recovery tool, you can check if somehow the file was deleted - how do I get my activity back if I delete it?

Might be time to do a factory reset - Edge 520 - Clearing User Data
