nuvi 265WT Favorites help

I have a nuvi 265WT i have two Questions:

1. is it possible to make some folders in the favorites so i can organize my saved locations.
like ( work central, work west, and recreational)

2. I have many many locations saved that are all work. (i am a delivery driver for a auto part business) They are planning on getting some GPS units for the other drivers is there a way to copy my saved locations and copy them to the other GPS units?
