HELP fit file error

have ran a marathon today but im having trouble manually uploading it to my garmin connect was wondering if anyone could help me get this file corrected

This will work, but it's only 25 km - 2025-05-24-06-16-18-fixed.fit.

thank you so much for that! really appreciate it

not sure why its coming up as 25 km it says on my watch 42.5 km as i had to run this distance as i was a pacer yesterday but really grateful thankyou

There were corrupt timestamps that had you veering off to the West about 150 km, which needed to be removed before Garmin Connect would accept the upload.
