I just bought a 1350T from tigerdirect. It came with a GTM-25 FM lifetime traffic. When I try to use the traffic service, the gps asks me to go to http://www.garmin.com/gmtraffic and enter the unit ID numbers to get a subscription code. Nowhere on this website has a place to enter my unit ID numbers, so I can't get the subscription code. Does anyone else's GPS asks for this subscription code?
Mine is doing the exact same thing. And, when I go to My Garmin, it tells me that my lifetime FM traffic subscription no longer exists! I am stuck in nightmare traffic with no way to navigate out.:(
