import workout to Garmin Connect

I think I'm in the wrong Forum but I don't see one that appears correct. I'm trying to upload a .fit file to my Garmin Connect account. When I do, I get this error:

One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance.

I've successfully uploaded the workout into other systems and even tried uploading it to one, downloading that version, and uploading the downloaded version to my Garmin Connect account. Can someone help me solve this?

And you're getting that error, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Also, since you're importing into Garmin Connect Web, I've moved your thread to the Garmin Connect Web forum.

Apologies for not reading carefully. I thought you were trying to upload an activity, but this is a workout from Peaksware, Training Peaks

I don't use this service, but some tips here - Structured Workout sync and Manual Export – TrainingPeaks Help Center
