I (still) have a similar problem as many users where my 310XT will not keep time while it's off. It displays the time of day from when the unit was last synced with the GPS system. As instructed by Garmin I performed a Master Reset and now although the watch will connect to my computer and it says it has uploaded information to connect.garmin.com none of my activities show up. I've tried sending activities from connect.garmin.com and, again, it says it is transferring data to the watch (per the ANT+ software and the watch itself) but nothing is transferred. I was able to make successful transfers prior to the master reset.
