Hello! My name is Shawn Brown. I just bought a 76csx from West Marine here in Annapolis Md on 12//03/09. I had saved up enough money to make this purches after having read everything I could about GPS. For the money I thought this was the one. After having a very tough week, moving, getting separated from my wife of 9 years, I was looking forward to having a good day on the water. So I thought. I got out there and the gps didn’t have any maps on it. I thought how dumb of me not to have read the instructions before I left. So oh well I get back to my truck the windows are broken out and a lot of stuff stolen. Sad but true. I go to west marine on Sat. to try and get maps and they tell me that I have to down load them off the internet. By this time my weekend is shoot I don’t have a gps and from I can tell I can’t get any maps for it. Garmin is not talking and now I have a 320$ paper weight. Oh the box and all the paper work on the GPS was stolen out of my truck. I guess they thought that they were getting a gps. I wish they would have taken it now. Shawn
