instinct 2 not syncing to garmin connect website but can be seen connected to account and states has synced. I have been off line for a few months due to iil health and have tried to start to use the watch to track steps and sleep pattern but nothing seems to sync. on the moblie app i can view current state i.e. current steps for the day, current sleep and HR however no information on the daily timeline for the day or previous. I have tried a soft reset, no joy, also i removed the watch from another account which was still active which i thought would work. How help much appreciated. Thank you.
