Do metrics in performance stats get updated after I delete an activity?

For context I have accidentally synced someone else's device to my garmin connect.
Removing the activities isn't the issue, but I would like to know if all the metrics in garmin connect also gets updated after I delete the incorrect activities?

Most of them don't update after you delete an activity. Except perhaps the Exercise / Training Load. For others, you'll need to wait a few days till they get back to your level.
