My hyrox workouts are not showing available on 245 but are on connect and says its synced any ideas

Workouts not showing on whatch

Which type does the workout have? To find the workout on the watch you must select the same activity type.

I have roxfit widget but no workouts off the roxfit app are there but connect is saying its done its time to run

Did you select Cardio or Running to check for the workouts in the watch?

You add that data field to a data screen with just 1 data field for either Cardio or Running. The workouts will be found under Cardio or Running workouts.

Just got to figure out how to operate now I'm not the best with gadgets
