Some iOS calendars are not synced with Garmin Calendar

This topic is quite popular but cannot continue any of the previous posts.

I have outlook.com account for private purposes and Microsoft 365 for corporate. Both are linked with my iOS Calendar and the same iOS is paired with Germin fenix 8. All of evens, private and corporate, per visible in iOS Calendar.

And it looks like that:

private calendar events are synchronised properly
corporate ones are not synchronised at all

There could be some corporate protection rules (not sure), but I thought that once those calendars are linked with iOS Calendar app then there should not be any issues with syncing those with Garmin. Apparently, it is not the case.

Do you know by chance how to solve the problem? I would love to have all of my calendar evens sync with fenix.
