Went for a ride today to get the International Workers’ Day 2025 badge, only to find out that it's no longer valid in Sweden (but in some Asian countries).

You apparently do not work enough in all those countries. 
You have to move (at least virtually) to Japan or other Asian countries in order to get it. Change the country at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/profile/ edit and save the activity of the 1st May., and you'll get the badge (without working).
