I have recently started encountering an error when I try to access the reports page in Garmin connect. Instead of the reports initial screen, I receive a emoticon and the message that "could not execute query." I have emailed back and forth with the folks at Garmin support about this but have not yet received an answer. I haven't done any recent upgrades to software or firmware. I don't know exactly when the error started occuring. Anyone else experienced or experiencing this problem?
Stated last week. Watch records data while running, but will not transfer. Not even with a forced transfer.
Also all of my history will delete on it's own.anyone know how to solve this?

Hi RunnerDude1966, It seems as though you had a manually created activity with an infinite pace. i deleted the activity and now you can hit the reports page. in the future we will not allow users to create activities with positive distance and no time, but until that release reaches the public, if you create an activity with that data, it will not allow you to use the reporting functionality on the calendar or reports pages. devon
