So...general rule of thumb is 30-40 calories per 1000 steps. I've taken almost 4000 so far today (not as much as usual) and I am getting only 73 calories. I know that it depends on height and weight etc but I should definitely be at the higher if not even HIGHER than average - 6ft1, 95kg/208lb, gym goer so it is mostly muscle mass. What gives?
