Garmin connect hasn't updated my training status and vo2 max for 4 weeks

I have a garmin 935 and connect app on android. I have tried power recycles, disconnecting and reconnecting , unpairing and repairing and nothing has worked. This is despite recording 3 run activities per week successfully for the last few months.

Any other suggestions anyone? Thanks

Check your max HR. If it is set too high it will be hard to exceed the required 70% of max HR for 10 continuous minutes.

Make sure you don't log your runs as Trail run since FR935 doesn't support VO2 max for trail running.

Post a screenshot of your 4 week VO2 max graph.

Hey thanks for this , my max heart rate was set too high although I am sure I didn't manually set this figure (?!) Am guessing it won't apply this retrospectively so will see what happens after this coming weeks activities atb
