New Segments - Problem

So I routinely create segments and match past activities to new segments and the segments then appear in the older activities.

I noticed a problem today. I can create a new segment, but when I try to update an activity by clicking "match new segments", nothing happens.

What to do?

Try creating the segment from the old activity instead. The matching algorithm is quite picky especially if the entry point does not match well. Which can easily happen if you use the default "Smart Recording" mode, and not the "Every Second" mode. In contrary, if you leave the segment prematurely, you can beat all records on it (unless someone else already abused this loophole).

Ok I will try that although I don't think that is the problem because I created a segment from a ride and it's not even being recognized in that ride itself
