G map to GPX

Hi
Im sure that this is quite simple to any users who are clued up on this kind of thing.

I am riding some audaxs in Jan & Feb and they provide the route in google map format.

Is there any way I can convert this so I can download it it to my Edge 305 so I dont get lost?
