[HELP] How To Clear Health Data

I have a Forerunner 965 that I started wearing when I was very poorly to monitor my health. I am now better and would like to reset all the health data (HRV, Body Battery, etc) and basically start fresh with the watch. I have been able to delete activities and totals but not the health information.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Everyone has occasional health problems which will show on the data gathered by the watch. And that will happen again in the future. Just continue wearing your watch, and the baselines will fix themselves…

In Garmin Connect, you can go to Settings > Profile & Privacy > Data > Storage & Processing > Select Opt Out & Delete Data.

Thank you. I have now looked at this but this will block me using the device and garmin connect for 2 days after which I will have to start again from scratch? Is there no way I can just remove the data?

Everyone has occasional health problems which will show on the data gathered by the watch. And that will happen again in the future. Just continue wearing your watch, and the baselines will fix themselves gradually.

That would be counterproductive. Keeping your entire fitness & health history is much better, and designed to work like that.
