I know the 200w is old, but has been working fine other than not knowing about new roads etc. So went to Radio shack and purchased, at their recommendation the SanDisk 4GB multi use, and the Digital converter drive usb 2.0. Was given instruction to insert card into converter, plug that into usb slot on computer after purchasing the 119.00 lifetime update package and Vavoom, no problem.... Well.. problem. On the download page, it does not support the device... the program goes no further...
Any suggestions?????? Do you suppose I have lost the cost of the download??? I cant find it anywhere on my computer!!!!!::(
We are leaving on our trip on Monday, and all the way, Best Buy is the dealer for Garmin listed on the Garmin site??? do you suppose I can take all the stuff I bought and the confirmation of purchase in and have them give it a try????? thanks in advance for ANY help....... Cactusgal78368
