TOPO US 100K trying to get onto my SD card

I just bought the TOPO US 100k DVD. I have a Rino 530 HCx and I'm trying to get the entire US map onto the SD card that I run in the Rino. It's an 8 GB card, so there is plenty of room. I can't figure out how to do it. There doesn't seem to be a way using the Basecamp software, so I tried doing it on a file level, by transferring what I thought were the map files directly to my SD card, but that didn't work either. Does anybody know how to get the map on the TOPO US 100k DVD onto an SD card? I don't have any trouble understanding technically related stuff, but this has me stumped. Any help much appreciated.
