HRM

My HRM has stopped working. It became erratic and then stopped connecting. I've changed the battery twice with no luck. Other sensors (cadence and speed)are working fine. all came in a bundle with my EDGE 520. Any ideas? thanks, Rob

    Test it with another device - for example with the Strava app on a phone (if your HRM supports Bluetooth). Try a conductive gel (can be found in pharmacies), and tightening the strap a bit more. Try cleaning the battery contacts. If it does not help and the HRM is under warranty, request a replacement. If not, buy a new one.
