Missing data during upload Forerunner 405

So i have previously paired and uploaded all workouts on my 405 forerunner without issue, but the recent run file will not upload or show at all (and only after the first comp run i've done, of course!).

After reading other threads I have looked in the following directory in my Mac:
<username>/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/<device ID>/BadFitFiles

where username = my username on your computer and device ID = long string of numbers corresponding to the serial number of my 405.

But there is no such file or directory. So i guess the file is not corrupt - it's just not transferring when i try to upload. I really want this file - help please!

The 405 does not use FIT files, and will not have the BadFitFiles folder. You can try going to Settings->ANT+->Computer->Force Send, and change it to Yes. This will make the 405 resend all of its runs.
