Garmin nuvi 1390T Traffic Providers Installed?

I have a Garmin nuvi 1390T and I subscribed to CLEAR, but CLEAR does not show up under Tools - Settings - Traffic. My GPS under Traffic shows the following:

Traffic Provider
(check in box) Enable Traffic
NAVTEQ (US, CAN)
Lifetime Subscription
Total Traffic Network (US, CAN)
Lifetime Subscription

I don't see CLEAR anywhere in my Traffic settings.

    Same problem!

    I joined this forum because I have the same problem. I got my 1390T for Christmas, and subscribed to Premium Clear Channel. I belive I've followed the directions to the letter, but I still don't see Clear Channel on my unit. :(

    I tried to find something on "myGarmin", but no luck. Trying to call Customer Support was a laugh. I've tried 5 times, get put on hold, and then get disconnected after about 15 minutes. Sending an e-mail to them via their "wizard" was also a laugh as everytime I attempted to send it, I'd get some kind of error and would have to go through the entire process again. :confused:

    So much for venting! :D

    Anyway, I hope someone at this forum can help.
