FIT file has malformed - how do I fix it?

I was able to upload to my own account without any issues. However, the import feature appeared to be down during the time you posted this.

No- can’t get it to load into Strava or garmin. Garmin error message is “we don’t support the file type you tried to import” even though it’s FIT and Strava says “the upload appears to be malformed”….

No still doesn’t work.

There is currently an issue with Strava as per the status page - Garmin Connect | Status

Nonetheless, I was still able to manually upload your file to strava - www.strava.com/.../select

Also, the activity you attached is from March 11. Is that correct?

Personally, I would just try again tomorrow. There are some issues today that could impact your upload.

Apologies - attached the wrong file initially. have just added the malformed file from yesterday. Any luck?
